Employment Law

Employment law is a body of law made up of thousands of Federal and state statutes, administrative regulations, and judicial decisions.  Many employment laws were enacted as a means of providing protection to labor.  Other employment laws take the form of public insurance, such as unemployment compensation.  We aggressively represent employees in claims before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts.  We also work to educate our employer clients to proactively avoid inadvertent transgressions of the employment laws.
