Scott A. Stein, Esquire

With more than fourteen years of legal experience practicing law throughout the State of Pennsylvania, the majority of the time in Dauphin, Lebanon, and Cumberland Counties, Scott has gained tremendous experience and respect as a criminal defense attorney.  He has represented adult and juvenile clients charged with offenses ranging from summary traffic and non-traffic violations to misdemeanors and serious felony offenses, including but not limited to, burglary, robbery, assault, theft, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), possession and delivery of controlled substances, and all other types of criminal offenses at all stages of the criminal justice system.

Attorney Stein also has extensive civil litigation experience in the areas of family law, including divorce, custody and child support, employment law, representing both employers and employees, juvenile law, wills and probate of estates, having appeared in state courts and administrative courts throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.

Attorney Stein is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.  He also regularly participates in continuing legal education courses to keep current in changes in the law.
